The National Domelight Company, a family-run company trading successfully for over 30 years, are specialist suppliers of Domelights, Rooflights, Skylights and Smoke Vents to roofing contractors and builders, to developers of commercial and residential property, and to private individuals.

The Challenge
To be able to address the clients requirements in the most efficient way, reduce the number of man hours spent on inserting and maintaining products. Create a more complex sales situation that is able to understand a clients requirements and offer the appropriate solutions.
The Solution
SymVolli’s product configurator allowed for the rationalization of the twelve to thirteen thousand product variations down to fifty-seven product variations. Using SymVolli’s quotation features, the quotations sent to clients has been standardized and personalized across all product ranges so that it is easy for the client to view and compare all the options. SymVolli is also used to track offline marketing activities.
