SymVolli’s Price book allows you to develop price lists for your organisation, by corporate clients, territory, industry, etc but also for all your channel partners that are working with you. You can control the unit price, unit cost, and discount level for the individual products and services. Each product and service can have a long description that can be used in proposals and can be modified once it is used for a specific opportunity. Price lists can be allocated to different users, dependant on your practices and processes. Due to SymVolli being a web-based system any changes in the price list are available to the user as they happen.

Standard Quotation templates can be developed whereby all the products required for a specific configuration are included. It is possible to pick and mix templates when developing a quotation for any given opportunity. Products and services are not missed off of a quotation when using pre-configured templates thereby minimising any negative impact on the profitability of any opportunity.

You can copy a quotation that has been built for an opportunity in the past into a current opportunity and cut down on the administrative work that you have to do. SymVolli caters for multiple phases within one opportunity to cater for such situations as a pilot and rollout of a project or a draw-down of products or services over a given period. You can copy phases in the same opportunity if they are repetitive and make minor changes if required once again cutting down on the administrative burden. At a press of button you can produce the quotation based on your organisation’s quotation layout and containing any standard text required, such terms and conditions of business, ready to be delivered to you prospect. The quote can be exported to various formats such as PDF, Microsoft Word and ready to be sent to your prospect.
