Contact Management

The most used contact management tool on this planet is Microsoft Outlook, which in most companies is a client to Microsoft Exchange Server. In other words it is a window into what is being held on the Microsoft Exchange Server. Its importance is further underlined by the fact that nearly all CRM systems synchronise to Microsoft Outlook and/or Microsoft Exchange Server. SymVolli works directly with Microsoft Exchange Server thereby eliminating another link in the chain, synchronisation, which could cause problems.
  • Communicating and managing your activities anywhere anytime

    SymVolli will display the folder structure that you are familiar with when using Microsoft Outlook. SymVolli will use the standard Microsoft Outlook forms that you are familiar with if you are trying to send an email or schedule an appointment or adding a task to your list on a machine that has Microsoft outlook already installed. SymVolli will use internet forms for the same operations if you were trying to carry them out on a machine that does not have Microsoft Outlook installed. This could be on a machine in an Internet café.

    We have all been used to contact management systems and now CRM systems having the ability to link emails or any other documents, appointments and tasks to companies, contacts or opportunities. Well, SymVolli is no different. Incoming emails can also be filed against any company, contact or opportunity. You now have the capability to work in one environment, not only developing your sales plan, producing a quote, qualifying an opportunity, but also carrying out related activities.

    Acceptance, what is the most used application in the world? Most people would say Microsoft Outlook; therefore just carry on doing the same thing. The only learning curve is to understand how emails, appointments and task are linked to companies, contact, or opportunities. Creating Appointments and Tasks

From any level in the SymVolli environment you can create appointments, tasks and emails that can be saved to specific locations. For example, if you are viewing a specific opportunity in SymVolli and want to create an appointment you can do so through that opportunity. Moreover, that task, appointment or email can be saved as a record of communication as an audit of communications.

Because SymVolli interacts so well with Microsoft Exchange the same information you are putting in SymVolli will also be put into Outlook. In this example, creating an appointment in SymVolli also puts that appointment inside the Outlook Calendar.
