Sales Process Management
SymVolli has the functionality to allow dealing with predefined events occurring and what should be done using its workflow process capabilities. Rules and events can be set up that work with the SymVolli qualification model so it is possible to monitor key criteria and to ensure that critical deadlines are not missed. All this can be achieved through a very easy-to-use interface that will allow you to set up your processes. There are three levels of the sales process management system that can purchased with SymVolli.

Rules and Events work in conjunction with SymVolli
The SymVolli 'Rules and Events' engine operates in the background and responds to 'rules' that you create and 'events' that are triggered by certain activities. The engine is there to respond and activate new processes so that your sales processes in ALL your sales activities never gets stale or forgotten.

Creating Rules and Events
'Rules and Events' can be created in every part of the process. For example you could set up an event within the system that checked for all sales opportunities to notify their sales people when a certain period of inactivity on that opportunity occurred.
