• Reports on the ‘Fly’
  
  Key fields used within SymVolli are set up in a Universe that allows the user to easily develop a report by dragging and dropping the fields into it. Filters and sorting can also be easily applied. So when the managing director asks for that report that needs setting up, it will not take a titanic effort to produce it. You can also save the report just in case it will be needed in the future. This could cover on the fly reporting of the performance of a particular sales region with regard to sales personnel and products.
  
  
• Special Reports
  
  Any complicated report or contract document can be developed using Crystal Reports and uploaded into SymVolli for access by users who have the right to use it. This could include forecast reports, status reports, quotations, supplier and customer contracts, etc. All reports and documents can be exported to various formats such as PDF, XLS, and DOC, and can either be sent by email to a manager or client or can be printed.
  
  
• Dashboard
  
  A dashboard can be displayed in SymVolli so that when a user enters SymVolli he or she can see how Key Performance Indicators ‘KPIs’ are behaving. KPIs can be for the number of new enquiries over a given period, the win ratio, performance against target, market sector analysis of opportunities, etc. The establishment of the dashboard is achieved through a simple to use interface. The interval for updating the dashboard can be set according to your needs. The interval will be shorter as the KPIs reflect mission critical metrics.
