With many CRM and SFA products on the market today, it is tempting to use something that promises to do everything for you. This in principle is a sound idea, minimise tedius administrative work and allow the workforce to concentrate on what is important.

However, with a lot of solutions out there today, that is all you get, a glorified personal assistant that will do all your administrative tasks. So on appearance you have something that does an incredible amount for you. This is the Giant Iceberg. What you see ahead is an enormous product and most people are overawed at the power. But what does it do for you? What does it do for your business? Sure, your workforce have lots of time to sell, but does it show your workforce how effective they are? Does the workforce have the ability to examine trends and analyse their own effectiveness?
