Process Management
The process builder within SymVolli is used to implement your processes that will help you align your sales cycle to the customer’s buying cycle. Each process is a series of steps where not only key questions are asked to establish where each of the opportunities is within the process, but also to collect data to substantiate the answers that are given by the user, e.g. Contact with all the Decision Makers has been established is substantiated by the name of the decision makers, their roles, their needs, etc.
SymVolli allows you to have to use as many processes as you require running your customer facing activities. There could a process for marketing, different sales processes for different revenue streams, and a customer service process. The system is flexible to meet your needs.
SymVolli’s ability to store snapshots of what is occurring within each of the marketing campaigns, sales opportunities, or customer service requests allows you to review and refine each of the processes. This can be done without any interruption to the ongoing activities that are being run using the processes.
The processes can work in conjunction with the workflow module to ensure that procedures are adhered to.
