Sales Strategy

SymVolli is flexible so that you can superimpose your sales strategy into the system.  You can build your sales channel and assign the personnel to the various territories, companies, departments, divisions, etc. You can classify the companies that your are dealing with, or wish to deal with, e.g. key accounts, new business, account management, etc. You can assign them to the entities and/or personnel within the channel and also classify them according to key criteria such as market sector, turnover, number of employees, etc. that you can use to measure the performance of the sales strategy.

Sales Process

SymVolli’s sales qualification profile is used to qualify each opportunity as progress is made towards a sales The sales qualification profile is based on the sales process.  SymVolli can maintain more than one active sales process. The wealth of data which is produced whilst qualifying each opportunity is easily manipulated to see the trends and any exceptions.  Adding and editing any sales process is achieved with no disruption to the everyday routine of the sales person.  SymVolli will help you define and maintain processes that will deliver scalable, repeatable, and predictable sales results.

Accurate Sales Forecasts as and when required

SymVolli’s Pipeline Management and Opportunity Management  functionality means that the sales meetings in which sales personnel had to justify their forecast is a thing of the past and both manager and sales person can concentrate on discussing the next moves and in so doing can pre-empt situations that could prove to be an obstacle to getting the sale.

Win/loss Reviews

The sales person has always been the focus on the outcome of a sales, win. Loss, etc. SymVolli will help you broaden the focus to markets, customers, prospects, products and services, pricing, promotion, etc. and how they might be playing a part in the outcome.   This will help you review and maximize the investments you  make in sales people.

Sales performance reviews

SymVolli allows you to set targets from a very high level, the business, through to sales teams, down to the individual sales person, and other sales channels. It will also allow you to enter targets for product groups or individual products and for companies that have been identified within the sales strategy as key accounts. Targets can be set for order values, revenue, margins, or units for varying periods such as monthly, quarterly, or annually. SymVolli supports multi-currency so targets can be set in any currency.

It is easy to view the performance to-date or a comparison of the current period with similar past periods using  targets, forecasted and won values. From the overview you can drill down to see the detail behind the performance.
